The reception staff were good and tried their best. But the breakfast service was terrible. First day I was told breakfast times were from 07.00-10.30am and when I got in at 10.00 every thing was being cleared and was not even allowed a cup of coffee even though I had paid for the breakfast. Breakfast on the second day, at 09.15 am most of the food stuff had run out, the manager was not to be seen to monitor it. I had to complain that there was no croissants, eggs etc Rashida the manager came to look at it, she rolled her eyes, shrugged showed could not care attitude, her assistant was extremely rude and both could not offer any apologies! Instead started saying ‘no English, Arab, Arab, suggesting we speak Arabic’! With 2024 Olympics approaching this is a really poor attitude to show to English speaking travellers. We don’t ever complain, we are seasoned and experienced travellers and been to a lot of B&B hotels but the breakfast service here was poor.
